Dad and mom went to visit some friends in Arkansas last weekend and came home with 50 strawberry plants! They purchased 2 different types...Surecrop Everbearing and Jewel. I guess the Surecrop is a regular sized berry and the Jewel are big berries used for dipping in chocolate. Mmm....
Then...my Aunt Elaine came into town today and hand delivered 6 broccoli plants, a handful of sweet yellow onion plants, some lettuce seed and some seeds for flowers! Mmm...
I can't wait to get things in the ground!!! We will probably plant in a week or so...A BIG THANK YOU to mom, dad & Elaine...I LOVE SURPRISES!
